  • 1 stick Butter(melted)
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup whole milk(warmed)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup Kettle Brand Salt & Vinegar Chips(crushed)
  • 4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Salt(divided)
