Ingredients  

  • header Sesame Marinated T-Bone Steaks
  • 2 Premium Choice Certified Angus Beef T bone steaks(1"inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 lemon
  • Garlic salt or your favorite seasoning salt(as needed)
  • header Grilled Kimchee
  • 2 cup kimchee
  • header Korean Spicy Green Onion Salad
  • 8 stalks green onions(finely shredded, soaked in ice water)
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon gochugaru red pepper powder(or other hot red chili powder)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoon sugar
