Ingredients  

  • 0.75 pound u-15 Shrimp or 21/25 shrimp(peeled and deveined)
  • 0.5 pound asparagus(woody parts cut off, tender parts cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 4 tablespoon Chinese fermented black beans(roughly chopped)
  • 1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger(peeled and chopped)
  • 3 stalks of scallions(cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt & fresh cracked pepper(to taste)
