  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract

  • 2.75 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 mochiko (16 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Katakuriko (potato starch)
  • 0.5 cup strawberry preserves
