Thai Noodle Salad
A beautiful Thai style noodle salad that is fresh and full of flavor!
Servings 8 Servings as a side dish
- 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, unseasoned
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 5 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12 ounce Spaghettini or Capellini noodles
- 1.5 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
- 0.5 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 2 cup bean sprouts, blanched
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup peanuts, toasted, chopped
