- 1 1/2 pounds Maika'i Beef Bulgogi grilled
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded cabbage
- 4 slices American cheese
- 8 tablespoons Sriracha mayo
- 4 Hawaiian burger buns split, toasted
Spread a generous amount of Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each Hawaiian bun.
Portion the cooked beef bulgogi among the 4 bottoms.
Place a slice of American cheese on top of the beef bulgogi.
Top with a handful of shredded cabbage for crunch and freshness.
Close the sandwich with the top half of the Hawaiian bun.
