Maika'i Beef Bulgogi Sando

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 pounds Maika'i Beef Bulgogi grilled
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 8 tablespoons Sriracha mayo
  • 4 Hawaiian burger buns split, toasted

Instructions 

  • Spread a generous amount of Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each Hawaiian bun.
  • Portion the cooked beef bulgogi among the 4 bottoms.
  • Place a slice of American cheese on top of the beef bulgogi.
  • Top with a handful of shredded cabbage for crunch and freshness.
  • Close the sandwich with the top half of the Hawaiian bun.
