Grilled Maika'i Miso Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound Maika’I Miso Chicken Thighs
- 2 containers Sensei Farms Zesty Blend
- 1/4 container Yeong Suk’s Namasu Cucumber Salad
- 1 bag Hawaii Candy Original Flavor Wun Tun Strips
- Maika’I Organic Asian Sesame Dressing, as needed
- Ho Farms Cherry Tomatoes, optional
- Cilantro, optional
- Toasted sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the zesty blend, namasu, and half the bag of wun tun strips.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly. Top the salad with the grilled miso chicken strips and the rest of the wun tun strips.
