  • 1.5 pound Salmon Fillets
  • 1.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Flat Leaf Parsley(Minced)
  • 4 tablespoon Maika`i Maui Onion Garlic Mustard
  • 1 lemon(zested)
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(recommendation: Maika'i Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • salt and pepper(to taste)
