Poi Poke Nachos
“Inspired by the many versions of poke nachos from local restaurants here on Oahu. I thought why not give this popular dish my own little twist, since I’ve never seen it made with poi. Turned out to be a tasty experiment!” - Lisa D., Foodland Ambassador Instagram: @thefashionfoodienista
Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla Chips(Bag)
- 1 pound Poke
- 0.5 cup Poi
- 0.25 cup green onion(Sliced)
- Maika'i Furikake
Instructions
1. In a medium serving dish, assemble in two layers starting with the tortilla chips, using half the bag. Next, layer 1/2 of the poke over the tortilla chips.
2. Place the poi in a Ziploc bag, cut the tip off and drizzle 1/2 the amount of poi onto the poke as your 3rd layer. Then sprinkle over some sliced green onion and furikake.
3. Repeat for the second and final layer.
