Char Siu Rice Paper Pizza

Ingredients
- 10 pieces Rice paper
- 5 Eggs
- 1-8 ounce bag Shredded cheese of choice
- 1 pound Maika'i Char Siu Pork Butt
- Sriracha
- Cooking oil
- Water
- Salt & pepper
- Green onions chopped
- Shoyu optional
Instructions
- Thoroughly cook Maika`i Char Siu Pork Butt and set aside. Once cool, chop or slice into smaller pieces.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add a little cooking oil or spray.
- Add 1 sheet of rice paper.
- Immediately drip water all around to prevent curling.
- After 15 seconds, add a second rice paper on top.
- Add an egg to the pan and lower heat to medium. Scramble and swirl the egg with a fork for 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce/liquid seasoning (optional), then add shredded cheese.
- Remove pizza after 2 minutes or when cheese is melted.
- Drizzle sriracha, add char siu, and garnish with optional green onions/more cheese.
- Slice and enjoy!
