Pulehu Chicken Oyakodon

“Maika`i Pulehu Chicken adds a local twist to this easy, flavorful dish. Growing up, I wasn’t a fan of onions in oyakodon, so I swapped them for enoki mushrooms instead.” - Kristina O., Foodland Ambassador, IG: @onosusume
