Yuzu Furikake Fish

  • 2 pounds White fish
  • 2 cups Panko
  • .25 cups Maika'i Yuzu Furikake
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Cut fish to desired size.
  • Season fish with salt and pepper.
  • Combine panko and furikake.
  • Dip seasoned fish into egg, then into your panko-furikake mixture. Press fish down to make the panko-furikake mixture stick.
  • In a shallow pan, fry fish until cooked.
  • Garnish plate with shredded cabbage, then place your fish and serve.
