Ahi Avocado Poke

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Sashimi-grade ahi tuna, diced
- 1 Ripe avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Ponzu sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, avocado, green onion, ponzu and sesame oil.
- Serve chilled.
- Note: You can also embellish the recipe with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, sriracha, jalapeno, furikake and fried garlic.
