Ahi Poke
A simple and classic, yet delicious, recipe for Ahi Poke. The perfect pupu for the whole family to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ahi, poke grade, 1 in. dice
- 1 cup yellow onion, sliced
- 0.25 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup Ogo, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Inamona(roasted and ground kukui or candle nut)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well to incorporate flavors, adjust salt to taste.
3. Plate on serving tray and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
