Maika'i Spinach Dip Chicken Pasta

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 container Maika'i Spinach Dip
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Foodland Huli Huli Chicken
  • 16 oz. Maika'i Organic Penne Pasta, al dente
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium, oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add the milk and Maika’I spinach dip, mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the chicken until evenly distributed.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta until combined. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is browned.
  • Serve warm.
