FOODLAND SUPER MARKET, LIMITED ANNIVERSARY PASSPORT – OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING

1. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Foodland Anniversary Passport Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on May 6, 2025 and ends on May 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All physical passport entries must be submitted in person or postmarked by May 31, 2025 to be eligible. There is a limit to one entry per person .

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to legal U.S. citizens who are 21 years or older as of May 6, 2025. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. The following individuals are not eligible:

1. Employees, officers, and directors of Foodland Super Market, Limited, or Pacific Sweets, LLC, and Food Pantry, KBC, Coffee Pacific.
2. The immediate families of the group in section 2.A., including, but not limited to, their spouses, children, siblings, parents, in-laws, grandmothers, grandfathers, grandchildren, and any spouse thereof.
3. A person residing in the same household as any of the groups in sections 2.A. and 2.B.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

1. Passport Submission (Primary Method):
   • Participants can pick up a passport at any participating Foodland restaurant or Redfish Waikiki (while supplies last) and collect one stamp per restaurant visit. Passports must be submitted in person at a participating location by May 31, 2025, and must include the customer’s full name, phone number, and email address.
2. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Method):
   • To enter without visiting a restaurant, participants must handwrite their name, phone number, email, and residential address on a 3″x5″ index card and mail it to:

     Entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2025 and received no later than June 4, 2025. Limit one entry per person.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND PRIZES:

Prizes:

• One (1) Grand Prize: $777 Foodland Gift Card

Winner Selection:

• The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 7, 2025 from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone or email.  The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond will mean the winner forfeits the prize.  Foodland is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

Prize Conditions:

• Winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release prior to receiving the prize.
• Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
• Foodland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed prizes.
• All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. GENERAL:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree: (a) to be bound by the Sweepstakes Rules; (b) to release and hold harmless Foodland, including their respective stockholders, directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, agents, Prize suppliers, and representatives from any liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or relating in any way to the information provided for your entry in the Sweepstakes, your breach of any of the Sweepstakes rules, or your acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any Prize received in the Sweepstakes; and (c) to allow Foodland to use, without additional compensation, notice, stipulation, or approval, your name or photo and/or likeness and other personal information for advertising or publicity purposes in any media; and (d) to bear sole responsibility for any taxes or other liabilities and obligations resulting from the acceptance and use of your Prize.

The Sweepstakes is subject to change without notice and all judgments and decisions made by Foodland are final.  Inaccurate, fraudulent, or falsified entries or failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in disqualifications or forfeiture of Prizes in the sole discretion of Foodland.

Foodland does not provide any warranties or guaranties with respect to the Prizes, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties or guaranties of merchantability, appropriateness, fitness for a particular purpose, competency, safety, or security of the Prizes.

If any provision of the Sweepstakes Rules is held to be unenforceable, it will be modified so that it is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law and all other terms will remain in full force. If the unenforceable provision cannot be so modified, it will be excluded from the Sweepstakes Rules, and all other terms of the Sweepstakes Rules will remain in full force.

The Sweepstakes Rules may not be altered, amended, changed, waived, terminated or modified in any respect or particular unless the same shall be in writing and consented to by Foodland.  No failure or delay of Foodland in exercising any right, power, or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver of any such right, power, or privilege; no single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof; and no waiver of any of the provisions of the Sweepstakes Rules shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, and no waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver.

The Sweepstakes Rules shall be construed, governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  some restrictions may apply.

Foodland is administering the Sweepstakes.

By providing your email address, you consent to be contacted at that email address to receive information about the Sweepstakes and any special offers provided as part of the Sweepstakes.
