Yes. We want you to use your Maika’i points before they expire, and so we will send you a reminder email if you have points that will expire within seven days.

Unfortunately, cashiers cannot see expiring point information. To find out about any upcoming expiring Maika’i points, please create an account at Foodland.com to view your expiring points.

We encourage you to use your Maika’i points often, and you can redeem your points for Maika’i rewards that start at 100 points (for a free reusable bag). When shopping at our stores, enter your phone number at checkout. Your cashier will be able to assist you in redeeming your points for Maika‘i rewards.

Customers must create a Maika’i online account, follow these simple steps: 1. Visit foodland.com 2. Click on “Maika’i Members” in the top right-hand corner of your screen then click on “Enroll” in the drop down menu. 3. Follow the prompts. You will need the phone number associated with your Maika’i account and email address (if previous supplied) to get started. A new security feature has been added to verify your Maika‘i account. The verification code is required to enroll or create an online account. This code is sent through a one-time text to your mobile number.

A verification code cannot be texted to international or landline numbers. If you are looking to enroll, please contact the Maika’i department and we will do this manually for you.

You must link your Maika‘i membership to your Atmos™ Rewards account at foodland.com/earn-atmosrewards. You will only have to do this once. After that, you’ll automatically receive any Atmos™ Rewards points you earn at Foodland.

We encourage each customer to have their own Maika‘i membership. However, yes, you may share your membership. Note that only one Maika‘i membership and one Atmos™ Rewards account may be linked to each other.

When you make your first purchase at one of our stores and you enter your phone number at checkout, a new account will be created for you.

Multiple rewards may be redeemed in the same transaction. However, you are not able to redeem more than one of the same reward type in the one transaction.

To enroll is to simply confirm that the information on your membership is current and accurate.

You may only use one phone number per Maika‘i membership. If you share a phone with someone else or have no other phone number, you may come up with a unique 10-digit number of your choice.
