1. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Foodland Super Market, Limited (“Foodland”) “Local Artist Prints” Giveaway (“Giveaway”), begins at 12:00:01 AM Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST) on Wednesday May 10, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM on Tuesday May 16, 2023 (“Entry Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to legal U.S. citizens residing in Hawaii who are 21 years of age or older as of May 10, 2023. No purchase necessary and need not be present to win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning. The following individuals are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway:
A. Directors, officers, employees, and agents of Sponsor or Foodland, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies.
B. The immediate families of the group in section 2.a., including, but not limited to, their spouses, children, siblings, parents, in-laws, grandmothers, grandfathers, grandchildren, and any spouse thereof.
C. A person residing in the same household as any of the groups in sections 2.a. and 2.b.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, fill out First and Last Name, Email, and Phone Number and accept the giveaway Terms & Conditions on https://foodland.com/local-artist-print-giveaway/ to enter to win one of Foodland’s 75th Anniversary Local Artist Prints. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Foodland and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Foodland will not be responsible for entries excluded or deemed ineligible due to reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries, or technological failures of any kind, or reasons due to the method of delivery or service.
To enter without enrolling or texting, hand write your full name, daytime and evening telephone numbers, email address, valid residential address (no P.O. Box addresses) on a 3”x5” index card and mail in a first-class postage prepaid envelope (“envelope”) to: Foodland “Local Artist Prints Giveaway” Giveaway, c/o Foodland Super Market, 3536 Harding Ave., Honolulu, HI 96816. Each valid entry made by mailed index card will be entered into the drawing and shall be voided thereafter. Limit one index card per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 16, 2023 and received by May 20, 2023. Hand-delivered, mass produced, mechanically/digitally produced, machine printed, or typewritten entries will not be accepted.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Foodland and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Foodland will not be responsible for entries excluded or deemed ineligible due to reasons beyond their control, including, but not limited to, lost, late, insufficient postage, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or unintelligible entries, or technological failures of any kind, or reasons due to the method of delivery or service.
Entrants may earn multiple entries for performing promotional tasks as outlined by Foodland during the promotion period. Otherwise, entries are limited to one per person.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND PRIZES:
Prizes: Three winners (“Winners”) will each receive one (1) 75th Anniversary Local Artist Print of their choice sized at 8”x8” or 8”x10” and excluding prints from Steven Kean and Lola Pilar (“Prize”). There is a maximum twenty-five dollar ($25) value for this prize.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Foodland, on or about May 23, 2023, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. In Foodland’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be drawn in the event Foodland is unable to contact any Winner. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable, and must provide Foodland with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number on an IRS Form W-9 before any Prize will be awarded. Winners must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to collect and redeem the Prize. A valid identification and showing proof of age shall be required.
The winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability before the Prize can be awarded. Failure to sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability within ten (10) calendar days may result in a Prize winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to an alternate Prize winner in Foodland’s sole discretion.

5. GENERAL:
By entering the Giveaway, you agree: (a) to be bound by the Giveaway Rules; (b) to release and hold harmless Foodland, including its stockholders, directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, agents, Prize suppliers, and representatives from any liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or relating in any way to the information provided for your entry in the Giveaway, your breach of any of the Giveaway rules, or your acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any Prize received in the Giveaway; and (c) to allow Foodland to use, without additional compensation, notice, stipulation, or approval, your name or photo and/or likeness and other personal information for advertising or publicity purposes in any media; and (d) to bear sole responsibility for any taxes or other liabilities and obligations resulting from the acceptance and use of your Prize.
The Giveaway is subject to change without notice and all judgments and decisions made by Foodland are final. Inaccurate, fraudulent, or falsified entries or failure to comply with the Giveaway rules may result in disqualifications or forfeiture of Prizes in the sole discretion of Foodland.
Foodland does not provide any warranties or guaranties with respect to the Prizes, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties or guaranties of merchantability, appropriateness, fitness for a particular purpose, competency, safety, or security of the Prizes.
If any provision of the Giveaway Rules is held to be unenforceable, it will be modified so that it is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law and all other terms will remain in full force. If the unenforceable provision cannot be so modified, it will be excluded from the Giveaway Rules, and all other terms of the Giveaway Rules will remain in full force.
The Giveaway Rules may not be altered, amended, changed, waived, terminated or modified in any respect or particular unless the same shall be in writing and consented to by Sponsor and Foodland. No failure or delay of Sponsor or Foodland in exercising any right, power, or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver of any such right, power, or privilege; no single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof; and no waiver of any of the provisions of the Giveaway Rules shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, and no waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver.
The Giveaway Rules shall be construed, governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. some restrictions may apply.
