Ingredients

Japanese pickled ginger (chopped) 1 tablespoon
cilantro (chopped) 1⁄2 teaspoon
lime juice or yuzu juice 1⁄4 teaspoon
sesame oil 1⁄4 cup
mayonnaise 1⁄4 cup
sour cream 1⁄2 teaspoon
toasted sesame seeds 1⁄2 pound
Hawaiian style ahi poke, or Shoyu ahi poke: Ask for sauce on side (chopped) 3 teaspoons
shoyu 1⁄4 cup
chopped green onionInstructions
- Combine ingredients.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste. Place in a cold serving bowl, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and pepper or shichimi.
- Serve with sliced French bread or lavosh.
Note: If using Shoyu Ahi poke, omit the shoyu from recipe and adjust seasoning with the sauce accompanying the poke.
