Hot Cheetos Esquites

“Using simple ingredients, I was able to create this esquites on the fly, which is street corn in a cup! No mess corn on the cob is my new favorite way to enjoy some sweet corn on a beautiful sunny day.”

  • 2 cups corn(fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces cheese of your choice
  • Hot Cheetos(crumbled)
  • 0.25 cup oil
  • 1 lime(juiced)


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low.
  2. Add corn to pan and cook until softened.
  3. Add mayonnaise and mix with corn.
  4. Remove from heat and top with cheese, lime juice and Hot Cheeto dust. 


Optional: Garnish with cilantro.
