Ingredients
- 2 cups corn(fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 ounces cheese of your choice
- Hot Cheetos(crumbled)
- 0.25 cup oil
- 1 lime(juiced)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low.
- Add corn to pan and cook until softened.
- Add mayonnaise and mix with corn.
- Remove from heat and top with cheese, lime juice and Hot Cheeto dust.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with cilantro.
