Miso Sesame Chicken Soba

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Maika'i Marinated Meats Miso Chicken
- 1 pack Soba noodles
- 1/4 cup Maika'i Edamame, de-shelled
- 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced
- Maika’i Organic Asian Sesame dressing
- Sliced carrots (optional)
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Homemade Dressing
- 1/4 cup Shoyu
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
Instructions
- Sear Miso Chicken and cook through. Rest and slice into strips.
- Boil soba noodles to desired doneness. Drain. Cool under cold water.
- Toss soba noodles with edamame, sliced cucumber, and your desired amount of dressing. Top with Miso Chicken and enjoy!
