Ingredients
- 1 French bread loaf
- 1/2 pound Maika`i Marinated Pulehu Chicken
- Maika’i Kim Chee
- Cucumber, sliced
- Hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Cook Maika`i Marinated Pulehu Chicken using your preferred cooking method (grill, stove, or oven). Slice it into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Open it up and add the cooked Pulehu Chicken slices. Top it with your desired amount of kim chee, sliced cucumber, and Hoisin sauce.
