Chopped Salad



Chopped Salad
A colorful and tasty salad big enough for a meal. Toss with your favorite local dressing, and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 6 unit Hard boiled eggs
- 1 unit Cucumber diced
- 0.5 unit Carrot diced
- 1 unit Head romaine lettuce, chopped thinly
- 2 cup Red cabbage, chopped thinly
- 0.25 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 7 ounce Corn nibblets, drained
- 1 cup Bacon bits
- 0.5 cup Ham, cubed
- 0.25 cup Turkey, cubed
- 1 cup Deli rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 2 unit Avocado, chopped
- 2 cup tomatoes, diced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss with your favorite local dressing. And enjoy.
Notes
Optional ingredients: Garbanzo beans, tortilla strips, Macadamia nuts and bean sprouts.
