  • 4 cups assorted, in season fruit, cut and sliced
  • 2 cups granola
  • 4 serving glasses (about 10 oz. in volume)

  1. Line up the glasses.
  2. Start by adding in a layer of fruit.
  3. Neatly pour a layer of yogurt over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle on a layer of granola.
  5. Repeat with one more layer of fruit, yogurt and granola.
  6. Garnish with a few nice pieces of fruit.
  7. Serve with spoons.

If you are going to make this a day ahead, only add the granola on top as a garnish right before serving or it will become soggy.
