becoming an at-home grill master.

Chef Keoni’s Grilling Tips

Tip 1: Select a steak that’s at least 1″ thick.
Tip 2:
For an even cook, remove steak from your refrigerator 1 hour prior to grilling.
Tip 3:
Pat your steak dry before applying rub for a better searing and browning of the meat.
Tip 4:
Make sure your grill is hot before cooking steak to give it a nice crust and lock in its juices.
Tip 5:
Know your steak is fully cooked by using a meat thermometer.
Tip 6:
After grilling, allow your steak to sit before slicing so its juices redistribute.
