Ahi Avocado Poke

  • 1/2 pound Sashimi-grade ahi tuna, diced
  • 1 Ripe avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Ponzu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil


  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, avocado, green onion, ponzu and sesame oil.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Note: You can also embellish the recipe with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, sriracha, jalapeno, furikake and fried garlic.
