Banana Cream Pie

  • 1 fully baked 9" pie crust
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • 1 vanilla custard (see our recipe below)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peak
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla


  1. Slice enough bananas to fill the bottom of the pie crust.
  2. Gently whip the vanilla custard and layer on top of the bananas.
  3. Fold the sugar and vanilla into the whipped cream. Layer on top of the custard.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Just before serving, slice the remaining bananas and lay on the whipped cream.
