Ingredients
- 3 Kale leaves
- 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- 1/3 cup Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- 1/2 cup of croutons optional
Instructions
- Rinse and chop Kale.
- Massage in olive oil and lemon.
- Sprinkle in sea salt.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
