Chilled Tomato Soup
2 pintsHo Farms golden grape tomatoes or similar
3 clovesfresh garlic, stem and green core removed
2 tablespoonschili pepper water
1⁄8 cupextra virgin olive oil
- Place tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper water and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high speed to completely liquefy the ingredients.
- Gradually pour in the extra virgin olive oil until completely incorporated.
- Serve with basil pesto and kalamata olives.
