Chilled Tomato Soup

A refreshing soup full of flavor and spice!

Servings 4 Servings


  • 2 pints Ho Farms golden grape tomatoes or similar
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, stem and green core removed
  • 2 tablespoons chili pepper water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper water and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed to completely liquefy the ingredients.
  3. Gradually pour in the extra virgin olive oil until completely incorporated.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve with basil pesto and kalamata olives.
