- 5 Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 onion
- handful of italian parsley(to taste)
- leftover meat(omit to make this a vegetarian dish)
- salt and pepper(to taste)
- olive oil(for frying)
- optional: shredded cheese of choice
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Chop leftover meat, onion and parsley
- Mix all ingredients together. Optional: add cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Form patties with the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Fry patties until brown.
- Serve with a fresh side salad.
