Firecracker Crab Rice
Firecracker Crab Rice
“Growing up in Maui my Tutu Enos always taught and inspired me to cook local dishes for our ohana. In Hawaii we have so many types of ono local foods, one of my favorites is crab sushi rice. This is a fun firecracker spin on a local favorite.” - Alicia Eugenio, Foodland Ambassador, Instagram: @aliciamahea
