Furikake Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce block Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1 pound Imitation crab, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Maika’i Furikake
- Green Onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- Unagi sauce (optional)
- 1 cup Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream (if using), and green onion until smooth.
- Fold in the imitation crab, half the shredded cheese, and half the furikake.
- Spread mixture evenly into an oven-safe 8x8-inch baking dish (or similar).
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, then top with the rest of the furikake.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
- (Optional) Drizzle lightly with unagi sauce for a touch of sweetness.
- Serve hot with Maika‘i wonton chips, taro chips, or tortilla chips.
