Grilled Crab Legs with Garlic Butter
A phenomenal way to enjoy King Crab!
Ingredients
- 1 unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 pounds Alaskan King crab legs; thawed if necessary
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1 unit lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Soften butter and mix it with lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place crab legs shell side down on a well oiled, clean grill over a medium hot fire.
- Grill about 4 minutes brushing with softened butter, until crab is heated through thoroughly.
- Flip the crab legs over for a few seconds to get some smoke and char marks on the meat.
- Baste with more butter.
- Serve with lemons.
