Ingredients
- 2 pounds Jumbo shrimp(peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup Maika'i Papaya Seed Dressing
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper(cut into large chunks)
- 1 small red onion(cut into large chunks)
Instructions
- In a shallow pan with water, place wooden skewers and allow to soak. This will prevent the skewers from catching on fire while grilling.
- To a large bowl, add shrimp and Maika’i Papaya Seed Dressing and toss to combine. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat your grill.
- Remove shrimp from the marinade and place it on the skewer along with the vegetables.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
- Remove and serve.
