Kalua Pork Chow Fun

“Chow Fun has been one of my FAVORITE dishes since I was a kid. I typically make this recipe using ground turkey, but when I’m in the mood for something extra tasty I love using Kalua Pork!”

  • 1 package chop suey mix(Recommendation: Taro Brand)
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons shoyu
  • garlic salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon neutral oil of your choice
  • green onion(optional garnish)

  2. Add kalua pork and cook until pork softens.
  3. Add garlic salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add chow fun noodles, oyster sauce and shoyu. Gently toss together so both the kalua pork and noodles are coated. Continue to cook until noodles start to soften slightly.
