Pork & Vegetable Lumpia

Ingredients
- 2 cups Canola oil
- 2 pounds Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 package Chop Suey Veggie Mix
- 1 package Lumpia wrappers, 25 pieces
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Sweet chili sauce, optional
Instructions
- Add oil to a medium sauté pan. Brown ground pork on medium high heat until fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and oyster sauce and cook for about a minute.
- Add in chop suey veg mix then mix well and evenly.
- Put mix in a strainer and drain liquids, then set aside to cool.
- Put 2 tablespoons of mix in center of lumpia wrapper, fold end of wrapper inward and roll lumpia tight enough as not to tear wrapper, seal wrapper with water. Continue until all mix is used.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on high heat until oil reaches temperature of 300 to 350 degrees, add lumpia to oil and fry until desired crispiness.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
