Pork Bulgogi Summer Rolls

Ingredients  

  • 16 ounces Foodland Marinated Pork Bulgogi
  • 6 pieces Summer roll wrappers, 6 inch
  • 3 cups Rice, cooked
  • 12 pieces Cucumber, sliced in thin strips
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, rough chopped
  • 3 stalks Green onion, sliced thin

Instructions 

  • Heat your grill to a high heat, cook the pork until evenly charred and cooked through. Set aside to cool
  • Once pork is cool, slice into thin long strips
  • Gather all ingredients to assemble the rolls, including a bowl of warm water large enough to dip the wrappers in and a lightly damp towel.
  • Assemble each roll, one at a time. Dip the wrapper in the water and carefully lay on the damp towel.
  • Working quickly, spread the rice in a 3” rectangle in the center, top with the pork, cucumber, green onion and cilantro.
  • Take the bottom seam and fold it over the ingredients and tuck them in gently. Fold in the sides toward the center then roll forward to complete.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrappers. Cut in half and serve
