Steak Frites

Ingredients
- 1 Ribeye steak
- 2 Russet potatoes, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- Da Kine Hawaiian Original Rub
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, minced (optional)
- Buttermilk ranch dip (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly salt steak with pulehu seasoning on both sides and set aside.
- Remove skin from potatoes and cut to desired thickness. Add cut potatoes in water to remove some starch, which will help to crisp the potatoes nicely. Soak for 20 minutes then remove from water and pat dry.
- Add a generous amount of olive oil with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
- Cook steak on medium to high heat for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Let rest for a minimum of 5-10 minutes before slicing steak.
- Plate your steak and fries. Optional: Add parsley and serve with buttermilk ranch.
