Ingredients  

  • 1 Ribeye steak
  • 2 Russet potatoes, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • Da Kine Hawaiian Original Rub
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, minced (optional)
  • Buttermilk ranch dip (optional)

Instructions 

  • Lightly salt steak with pulehu seasoning on both sides and set aside.
  • Remove skin from potatoes and cut to desired thickness. Add cut potatoes in water to remove some starch, which will help to crisp the potatoes nicely. I soaked for 20 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry.
  • Add a generous amount of olive oil with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
  • Cook steak on medium to high heat. I cook my ribeye for 3 minutes on each side. Let rest for a minimum of 5-10 minutes before slicing steak.
  • Plate your steak and fries. Optional: Add parsley and serve with buttermilk ranch.
