Strawberries & Chocolate Fondue
- 12 ounces Chocolate Chips or chopped from a block (use your favorite or mix and match)
- 12 ounces heavy cream
- 1 ounce Gran Marnier (optional)
- 0.5 cup toasted coconut
- 0.5 cup toasted nuts
- 1 pound Cleaned Strawberries
- Heat the heavy cream in a heavy gauge pot until it is scalded.
- Pour in chocolate and remove from heat.
- Stir until the cream and chocolate is evenly incorporated.
- Stir in Gran Marnier (optional).
- Place in a serving bowl and serve with strawberries, nuts and coconut.
