Strawberries & Chocolate Fondue

The perfect easy-to-make dessert for any occasion!

Servings 6 Servings


  • 12 ounces Chocolate Chips or chopped from a block (use your favorite or mix and match)
  • 12 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 ounce Gran Marnier (optional)
  • 0.5 cup toasted coconut
  • 0.5 cup toasted nuts
  • 1 pound Cleaned Strawberries


  1. Heat the heavy cream in a heavy gauge pot until it is scalded.
  2. Pour in chocolate and remove from heat.
  3. Stir until the cream and chocolate is evenly incorporated.
  4. Stir in Gran Marnier (optional).
  5. Place in a serving bowl and serve with strawberries, nuts and coconut.
