Strawberries Coeur à la Crème

A delicious dessert to enjoy with your favorite Sweetheart!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, quartered or raspberries
  • sugar or vanilla sugar
  • Gran Marnier


  1. Whip the cream cheese until smooth. Combine with the sour cream.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until you have soft peaks. Fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese sour cream mixture.
  3. Stir in vanilla. Reserve.
  4. Sprinkle the halved strawberries with sugar and a dash of Gran Marnier.
  5. Using dessert glasses, layer the cream cheese mixture with the strawberries. Garnish with a nice whole strawberry or a few raspberries.
