Sweet Chili Edamame

Ingredients  

  • 1 16 oz. bag Maika'i Edamame
  • 2 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shoyu
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • Sesame seeds, as needed

Instructions 

  • Heat a large pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and toss edamame until steam comes out of the pods.
  • Once edamame is heated through, add in garlic and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in shoyu and sweet chili sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Once brought to a boil, turn off the heat and let the edamame sit in the liquid for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
  • Place edamame in a serving tray and garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
