Servings 4

  • 8 ounces Huli Huli Chicken, shredded white meat
  • 12 ounces Garden salad mix
  • 4 fluid ounces Maika'i Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 ounces Hawaii Candy Wun Tun Strips
  • 2 ounces Cilantro
  • 1 package Slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges (optional)

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the salad mix, a little bit of the Asian sesame dressing and season with some salt and pepper.
  • Add the shredded chicken and half of the Wun Tun Strips. Then add more of the dressing, but be careful not to over dress or the salad will become soggy.
