Coconut and Almond Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Tyson Chicken Tenders
- 2 Ewa Sweet Onion
- 2 red bell pepper
- 2 cups Maikaʻi Honey Roasted Almonds
- 1 cup Maikaʻi Coconut Flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Defrost chicken tenders and marinate with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Julienne Ewa sweet onions and red bell peppers
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees, toast coconut flakes in oven for 5 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- In a sauté pan, heat with oil. Add chicken and sauté until fully cooked
- Add onions and bell peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes
- Add almonds and warm in pan
- Garnish with toasted coconut
