Dutch Babies

“As a chef, I often go to places and when I enjoy a dish, they ask me, 'can you make this?' This is one of my family’s, particularly my children's, favorite dishes when going out for breakfast/brunch so I have recreated it. This dish is tasty, light and versatile as you can add fresh fruit, Nutella, or whipped cream to make it interesting. Similar to a crepe, you can also adjust the recipe to add savory toppings.” - Chef Owen Iwazumi, Sous Chef
