Maika‘i Lilikoi Whiskey Sour
We’re making spirits bright with our whiskey sour cocktail made with our Maika’i Lilikoi Jelly.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Rye(Recommendation: Woodford Rye)
- 1 tablespoon Maika‘i Lilikoi Jelly
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce Pasteurized Egg Whites
- 0.5 ounce Simple Syrup(Combine 1 cup Sugar and 1 cup Hot Water. stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool before use.)
- Angostura Bitters(Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your bar tins or sealable mason jar.
- Add ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain and add to glass.
- Let foam head set for roughly 15 seconds.
- Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura Bitters and run a cocktail pick thru the center to create hearts.
