Maika‘i Lilikoi Whiskey Sour

We’re making spirits bright with our whiskey sour cocktail made with our Maika’i Lilikoi Jelly.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Rye(Recommendation: Woodford Rye)
  • 1 tablespoon Maika‘i Lilikoi Jelly
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Pasteurized Egg Whites
  • 0.5 ounce Simple Syrup(Combine 1 cup Sugar and 1 cup Hot Water. stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool before use.)
  • Angostura Bitters(Garnish)


  1. Combine all ingredients in your bar tins or sealable mason jar.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain and add to glass.
  5. Let foam head set for roughly 15 seconds.
  6. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura Bitters and run a cocktail pick thru the center to create hearts.
