Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts and Shaved Pipikaula
A hearty and flavorful side dish with some sweet Maika’i Honey Roasted Almond crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brussels Sprouts(sliced)
- 0.25 cup Pipikaula(shaved)
- 4 tablespoons Smoked Bacon(sliced)
- 4 tablespoons Sweet Round Onions(sliced)
- 4 tablespoons Maika’i Honey Roasted Almonds
- 2 tablespoons Maika’i Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat Maika’i Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
- Add Smoked Bacon, quickly sauté until golden brown.
- Add Brussels Sprouts and Pipikaula, sauté until golden brown.
- Add Sweet Onions, sauté until wilted.
- Place on a serving platter and garnish with Maika’i Honey Roasted Almonds.
