Kale and Roasted Chicken Salad

A simple feel good fall salad made with our sweet Maika`i Dried Cranberries and Wasabi Peas bringing some much-wanted heat.

  • 2 cups Lacinato or Dino Kale(sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Roasted Chicken Breast(sliced)
  • 0.25 cup carrots(shredded)
  • 4 tablespoons Red Onions(thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cup Maika’i Dried Cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Maika’i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 0.25 cup Maika’i Wasabi Peas


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine kale, roasted chicken breast, carrots, red onions and Maika`i Dried Cranberries.
  2. Add Maika`i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing and toss.
  3. Garnish with Maika`i Wasabi Peas.
