McKenna's Ipu Salad

McKenna's Ipu Salad

Ingredients

1 package
Sensei Farms Lana`i Mix
1⁄2  
Local Cucumber (cut in rounds and cut in halves)
1  
container Maika`i Watermelon
   
feta cheese (or your favorite cheese, to your desire)
   
Maika`i Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (to your desire)

Instructions

  1. Add package of Sensei Farms Lana’i Mix to a large bowl.
  2. Chop ½ a local cucumber into rounds, and cut the rounds into halves. Add to bowl.
  3. Top with Maika’i Watermelon, Feta and drizzle Maika’i Balsamic Glaze. Serve.

Notes

Optional: Add your favorite protein.
